So you think this is a heat wave?

Dobbs: "If you're the police where are your air conditioners?"
Gold Hat: "Air conditioners? We ain't got no air conditioners. We don't need no air conditioners! I don't have to show you any stinkin' air conditioners!"
The original quotation comes from the 1948 film The Treasure of the Sierra Madre.
Dobbs: "If you're the police where are your badges?"
Gold Hat: "Badges? We ain't got no badges. We don't need no badges! I don't have to show you any stinkin' badges!"

Just before bullets begin to fly, confrontational Gold Hat, foul-tempered and miserable with a painful, sweaty rash on his groin, and overheated in the torrid realm of the rattlesnake, Sierra Madre Occidental, Mexico, not all that far from Phoenix, bares his teeth. weather.gov

  1. OK, the margins have been shortened but the gist of this is that Seattle ain't HOT, it is perfect.

This went in an email to Arizona just to rub it in to their painful-sweaty-rash-covered-bodies just how very sweet it is in Washington State.

    I am an asshole.

    A happy, cool asshole.

  2. There are abundantly obvious reasons why we smart & clever folks choose Seattle over Phoenix.
